Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Power Engineering Technician Certificate. 4th Class Power Engineering Certification. Experience No Previous Work Experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to work independently. Intermediate computer skills. Intermediate knowledge of mechanical and electrical trades. Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Other Information Ability to enter into confined spaces. Must be able to work all shifts, days, nights and weekends on short notice (2 hours or less). Previous experience in operation of water tube boilers & water testing. Understanding of chiller operation & general steam plant preventative maintenance would be preferred. Will be required to change shift schedules with minimum required notice.
