Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Clean and set up tables in the outlet, performing general cleaning and setup duties as needed.
  • Serve water, bread, and coffee, and greet guests by name whenever possible during meal service.
  • Stack trays properly for efficient unloading and ensure proper safety standards at all times.
  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, and completing daily cleaning checklists.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
