We're looking for a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures, equipment, and systems. You'll work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, and collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair sinks, showers, toilets, water coolers, ice machines, and other plumbing fixtures.
  • Install, maintain, and repair chilled water, hot water, and glycol coils in AHUs, hot water heating equipment, lawn sprinklers, and water treatment piping systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, coffee machines, wending machines, grease traps, plaster traps, and other related equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair patient care-related plumbing equipment and fixtures, such as sterilizers, water-cooled machinery, bed pan flashers, and macerators.
  • Unplug sink, toilet, roof drain, floor drain, and clear any drainage piping, including glass pipe, PVC pipe, or cast iron pipe.
  • Cut, bend, thread pipes, and fit threaded pipes with adjoining pipe assemblies.
  • Replace washers, faucets, and broken pipes.
  • Weld, braze, and solder piping and fittings as necessary.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on medical gas outlets, fire suppression sprinkler systems, lawn sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, and other equipment.
  • Install and repair medical gas lines in patient rooms and operating rooms.
  • Install and repair fire suppression and lawn sprinkler lines and fixtures.
  • Closing access holes in the ceiling by replacing ceiling tiles or closing access doors.
  • Sources parts and accessories as may be required to complete repairs.
  • Keep work areas orderly, clean, and safe.
  • Ensure proper care in the use of equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Plumbing Certificate or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of maintenance plumbing experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work at height, using step ladders, scissor lifts, telescopic booms, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 20Kg.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, plumbing drawings, instructions, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
  • Knowledge and ability to work with plumbing tools and devices safely.
