About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Journeyman Pipefitters/Steamfitters to join our team at our Bonnyville location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and weld piping/equipment supports, brackets, guides
  • Fit up and prepare piping requiring welded joints
  • Provide support, guidance and training as required
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine layout requirements and assemble piping systems
  • Measure, cut, thread and bend pipe to required shape using hand and power tools
  • Weld, braze, cement, solder and thread joints to join pipes and fabricate sections of piping system
  • Test system for leaks using testing equipment and troubleshoot issues "post" installation
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Journeyman Pipefitter/Steamfitter (Red Seal preferred)
  • Valid CSO (Common Safety Orientation) & H2S Alive certificates required
  • First Aid, Confined Space, Fall Arrest and Aerial Work Platform (AWP) certifications are considered an asset
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
