We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Delta Hotels Sherbrooke Conference Centre. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance and repair functions.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and store paint and painting tools and equipment in designated areas.
- Protect surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper during painting and post paint signs.
- Respond to and attend to guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
