We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at D & V Electronics. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, minimizing quality costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and select suppliers based on their quality performance, and work with them to improve their quality processes.
- Product Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards, and identify and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their quality awareness and skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a quality role in the manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
