Construction Cleaner Job Type:
Full-time; Permanent Number of Positions: 5 Salary: $27.50 per hour Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)

Expected start date:
As soon as possible

Work locations:
Candidates are required to work at various locations in Surrey BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC)

Job duties:
Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites. Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.

Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.

Clean snow and ice from construction sites. Clean windows, interior walls, floors, and ceilings, etc. Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required. Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job requirements:
Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory. Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory. Ability to communicate in English.

Transportation:
Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid.
