Sandvik is seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical aspects of Sandvik equipment and components. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with Sandvik equipment and components
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
* Collaborate with the workshop team to achieve delivery targets
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical best practices

Requirements:

* Technical diploma in a relevant field
* Red Seal certification
* Minimum three to five years' experience with industry-specific equipment
* Previous experience with Sandvik equipment is an asset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
