Job Title: IT QA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT QA Automation Specialist to join our team at Trinetra Systems. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and managing automation test frameworks and architectures, formulating and executing automation test plans, and leading quality initiatives to enhance test coverage and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Manage Automation Test Frameworks: Develop and maintain automation test frameworks and architectures to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Formulate and Execute Automation Test Plans: Create and execute automation test plans to verify functional, system, integration, performance, reliability, and security aspects of software applications.
  • Lead Quality Initiatives: Identify and lead process improvements across the QA organization, promoting business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation and integration with technology.
  • Develop and Maintain Automation Scenarios: Create and maintain automation scenarios to support testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead QA Teams: Lead and mentor QA analysts, including on-shore and offshore vendor partners, in large cross-functional projects and special assignments.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 Years of Relevant Experience: Possess 5-8 years of relevant work experience in test automation, with a strong background in automation tools like Selenium and defect tracking tools.
  • Advanced SQL and Relational Database Concepts: Have excellent knowledge of advanced SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment Solutions: Experience building continuous integration and deployment solutions using tools like GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
  • Agile Methods: Proficiency in agile methods for software development and testing.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, and solve problems effectively.
