Résumé:

Le titulaire du poste coordonne et contrôle les activités relatives à l'équipe de maintenance de l'usine dans le but de réparer, d'entretenir et d'améliorer l'ensemble des équipements utilisés pour le conditionnement et l'emballage du café. Il s'assure de la mise en application de méthode efficace d'entretien mécanique (entretien correctif et préventif) de manière à maintenir les opérations de façon continue.

Responsabilités:

Planifier, superviser et coordonner la répartition et la qualité du travail de l'équipe de maintenance;Coordonner le travail de l'équipe de maintenance sur les différentes relèves de travail de façon à veiller au bon fonctionnement de l'usine; Planifier à court terme, les diverses activités relatives aux opérations mécaniques et de l'entretien préventif afin d'utiliser efficacement les ressources humaines et matérielles dont il dispose ;Recevoir les directives de production, planifier l'exécution et assurer la coordination avec les autres membres de l'équipe de supervision;S'assurer du respect de l'application des politiques de l'entreprise et mobiliser son équipe de travail dans le respect et l'application des politiques de SST;S'assurer que la formation continue de ses employés ainsi que l'intégration des nouveaux employés soient effectuées de façon adéquate;Évaluer la progression de leurs rendements au travail; Contrôler l'état d'avancement de la cédule d'entretien et établir les priorités en conséquence;Appliquer la convention collective.

Qualifications:

Baccalauréat en génie ou expérience minimale de cinq (5) dans un poste similaire de supervision d'entretien dans un milieu manufacturier ;License C un atout ;Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais tant au l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;Expérience dans le secteur de la transformation alimentaire (atout).

Compétences en matière de leadership, excellent esprit d'analyse et capacité à proposer des solutions à des problèmes;Aptitudes supérieures en communication et en organisation;Sens des priorités afin de satisfaire aux exigences de l'entreprise;Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe dans un milieu en changement constant où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide, tout en faisant preuve de souci du détail;Capacité à tisser des relations constructives et efficaces par la diplomatie et le tact, de même que par le traitement équitable des employés.
