Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of deli staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Manage department budgets and labour costs to achieve financial targets
- Coach and develop team members to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
