Be passionate about their craft, love food, love fresh ingredients Be detail orientated. Thrive in a multi-tasking, fast paced working environment. Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and more. Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely and consistent output. Measure and mix ingredients accurately. Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools. Ensure all baked goods meet our quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Proven experience as a baker, with a strong portfolio of baked goods. Knowledge of baking techniques and methods. The ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a stressful environment, and creative problem-solving skills. A positive and proactive approach and an ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus. Minimum 1-year previous experience in a fine dining establishment or similar. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed. A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview.Salary/Wage: $20.00 per hour. Paid overtime.
