Insight Global is looking for a Product Analyst to join a large athleisure retail company remotely in Canada for a contract until end of January 2025 with high possibility of extension. The Product Analyst will be working with fulfillment systems pre-distribution center. These systems are primarily packaged software but require a high degree of configuration and/or customization to meet business partner’s needs, and therefore require collaboration in the full ideation and development of capabilities in the Inbound Logistics, Distribution Operations, Engineering, Trade, and Outbound Logistics space. The Product Analyst will work with product fulfillment systems counterparts, project leaders, and operational leaders to understand upcoming capabilities and help to scope out the customer experience. They will collaborate with dependent product teams to ensure that the end-to-end implementation journey is thorough and thoughtful. They will also support in writing robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality software. Understanding agile product concepts as well as experience in material and product lab testing, chemical management and/or product inspection systems is highly preferable.
Must haves
- Using or implementing systems to support material and product lab testing, chemical management, and/or product inspections
- Upstream supply chain experience (pre-distribution center), to understand leveraging systems to support products
- 1+ years of agile experience in Product Management or equivalent role (SAFE methodology preferred), including using Confluence and Jira
- Quick learner, self-starter, initiative taker, and a great communicator
Plusses
- Experience in any of the following: Apparel, Footwear, Accessories
- SQL and/or Reporting experience
- Experience with systems that are collecting data from factories (Ex. Inspections data)
