Virtual Territory Manager

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Virtual Territory Manager will be responsible for communicating with HCPs to inform them and present oral health products in detail. This is a virtual role that reports to the Business Manager at Inizio Engage Canada.

Key objectives:

  • Place phone calls/ hold virtual meetings on behalf of the customer to Dentists and Dental Hygienists, and provide key sales messages and ongoing support.
  • Enter key information discussed during calls into CRM.
  • Convey key sales messages to pharmacists based on customer-approved call guide.
  • Manage relationships with key influencers, the customer and all Inizio business units through regular touchpoints to ensure program KPIs are met and to achieve call and sales targets.
  • Maintain existing activities and promote additional services by providing information to the team and providing solutions to customer needs.
  • Autonomous and highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities to effectively manage territory and meet call expectations.



Job Holder specification:

  • Bachelor's degree required, science preferred
  • Fluently Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) is an asset
  • Experience in sales an asset (minimum 1- 2 years);
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals industry
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external business units
  • Proven sales track record of achieving sales goals and ability to analyze sale trends;
  • Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a high-growth company environment
  • Well-established reputation as a top performer with high integrity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Technologically and digitally literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • French an asset but not a requirement.
