Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the CRM Manager of the RW&CO. brand, the CRM Analyst is a crucial member of the team, responsible for driving the email marketing strategy across Canada and leveraging data to understand and enhance our customer’s shopping patterns and behaviors. This role is designed for a proactive and strategic thinker who will own the email channel and its significant impact on our customer engagement and overall business success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs email/SMS customer segmentation, promotional and behavior analysis; reviews and analyzes internal data, external information, and market research results; develops, prepares and when needed presents to evaluate marketing strategies.
  • Works with CRM Manager on planning email/SMS database strategies based on analysis of customer behavior and current trends.
  • Produces various regular weekly reports – capture rate report, loyalty dashboards, email KPI report, etc.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized segmentation for online, offline campaigns and content marketing;
  • Coordinates the development and maintenance of the email consumer journey and experience aligned with the Brand’s objectives and ecommerce targets.
  • Ensures emails/SMS are delivered on time with the highest level of excellence:
  • Gathers & runs email/SMS performance analytics, A/B tests and metric reviews to enhance the emails, SMS and journeys performance.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing or related field of study.
  • 1+ years asan analyst (retail environment is an asset)
  • Analytical and strategic with digital KPIs and performance tracking
  • Knowledge of Market Works & Sales Force Marketing Cloud programs (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Google suite tools - Google Analytics and Google Data Studio (an asset)
  • Strong computer skills - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint with Advanced Excel
  • Able to work in French and English to communicate across Canada
