Reign Medispa is a health and wellness center located in the heart of Richmond, BC. We offer registered massage therapy, aesthetics, beauty enhancements, and more Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations by providing utmost care in a luxurious and comfortable setting.

We are hiring spa therapists who are proficient in various massages. Candidates must be eager to grow and work independently, with support as needed.

Minimum requirements:

  • Able to perform a professional full body relaxation/Swedish massage on all genders and body types (non-discriminatory).
  • Must communicate effectively with clients to ensure consent/intake form is completed, check in on comfort/pressure, rebook, follow up, etc.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some on calls (with reasonable notice), depending on the needs of the business.
  • Computer skills to use scheduling (JaneApp) and payment software (Square).
  • Capable of selling skincare/retail products and promoting other services.
  • Eager to learn and open to being trained for other treatments and services.
  • Willing to post on social media and other avenues to support the business.
  • Proactive in monitoring communication from management.

Preference given to those who:

  • Have experience providing other styles of massage such as Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Thai, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Prenatal, Shiatsu, etc.
  • Already have a solid client base or some pre-existing customers.
  • Are able to perform facials, or trained/certified in other aesthetics treatments.
  • Can provide skin consultations and product recommendations.
  • Enjoy posting spa treatments on social media to gain traction (a strong following and ability to bring in family, friends, and followers is a plus).

The candidates we are seeking have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, reliable, and outgoing You understand the importance of time management, building rapport, maintaining patient records/charting, and retaining clientele. Your pride in your work shows in your skills and various techniques, while practicing proper disinfecting and housekeeping methods. Applicants must have positive energy, integrity, professional manners, excellent communication skills, and good personal hygiene.
