  • Guider et encadrer les PPA dans la conception d'un ensemble cohérent de processus répondant aux exigences d'affaires.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience avec SAP avec une expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets de transformation.
  • Expérience dans la supervision de mises en œuvre SAP à grande échelle et dans l'assurance de l'alignement du projet avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
  • Incarnation de la culture TEC de Saint-Gobain de Confiance, Autonomisation & Collaboration et capacité prouvée à collaborer entre différentes fonctions.
  • Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes solides.
  • Expérience réussie de travail en équipe et capacité à collaborer entre différentes fonctions.
  • Capacité à favoriser une culture d'innovation, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe projet.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbales qu'écrites, avec la capacité de dialoguer efficacement avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) préféré car vous serez amené à collaborer avec des collègues partout au canada.
