The ideal candidate will have a strong confident personality, a great sense of humour and a willingness to work with vulnerable young people who have past trauma, difficult home lives, social and emotional difficulties, and mental health difficulties.

The provision has a great team who are committed to ensuring the pupils get the most from their education. They provide a therapeutic environment and a therapeutic approach for children who can display very challenging behaviours.

Patience, resilience, empathy, and understanding are the traits which make a staff member suitable for our school.

This is a position to start ASAP, or after Easter break.

Full time: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday.

Teaching Assistant, Mental Health, Childcare or Youth Worker experience would be preferable
