Your main responsabilities
- Support and train the team as a cybersecurity mentor.
- Assess the security of IT infrastructures, identify vulnerabilities, and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and structure a cybersecurity service offering by defining clear intervention processes.
- Lead security initiatives, driving improvement projects, and deploying advanced protection measures.
- Monitor emerging threats, analyze new vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Document and raise awareness by writing best practice guides and training both internal and external users.
- Provide technical support and tailored recommendations to assist our clients in improving their security.
- Maintain and develop your skills by obtaining certifications in penetration testing and cybersecurity.
- Act as an escalation point for the IT support team, bringing advanced expertise on security incidents.
What we are looking for
Technical skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud solutions (Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure) and related certifications (MCSE, MCITP, MCP) is an asset.
Expérience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security.
- A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel.
- Fluency in French (written, spoken, comprehension) is essential. English is an asset, as some clients are English-speaking only.
