Mastermind Facilitator

Role Overview: Umbrex is in search of a skilled Facilitator to support multiple Mastermind Groups comprised of independent professionals. These groups convene online periodically (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) to foster collaboration and professional development. We are seeking a candidate who can effectively manage group dynamics, facilitate discussions, and ensure the smooth operation of these sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating Sessions: Lead group meetings, ensuring each participant has the opportunity to contribute. Guide discussions, maintain focus, and manage a structured agenda. Content and resources will be provided to support facilitation.
• Note-taking and Follow-up: Record commitments and action items during sessions. Circulate a summary of commitments post-meeting and follow up on the progress of these action items.
• Forum Management: Oversee the group's online forum, facilitating ongoing conversation and collaboration between sessions.
• Communication Management: Send out calendar invites for sessions and reminders to participants to ensure attendance and preparedness.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Director to enhance the mastermind group experience. This includes gathering feedback through surveys, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize the group's effectiveness.

Required Skills:

• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to manage group dynamics and guide discussions effectively.
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as calendaring meetings and tracking action items.
• Experience with Google Sheets or similar tools for organizing and managing data.
