Job Description

Our clinic is currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehab clinic in Etobicoke (Rexdale Blvd and Hwy 427). This is a great opportunity to take on an existing and established patient base (Daily Schedules are typically fully booked). Our clinic is located within a busy medical and rehab practice that includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, medical doctors, and pharmacists. The right candidate will be friendly, patient-focused, possess exceptional hands-on/clinical skills, and have excellent communication skills. All supplies, laundry, linens, and hydraulic table are included. The candidate must enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the opportunity to cross-consult and cross-refer patients if necessary. There is also an opportunity to receive mentorship and be paid for educational opportunities to pursue personal and professional growth & learning.

Compensation will be based on a competitive percentage split.

The following days/times are available in both full and partial shifts (timings and days are flexible based on your availability):

  1. Tuesdays: 9am to 7pm
  2. Thursdays: 9am to 7pm
  3. Saturdays: 10am to 3pm
  4. Sundays: 10am to 3pm

Requirements:

  • Therapist must be in good standing with their regulating body.
  • Team player who is willing to collaborate with other healthcare professionals (chiropractors and physiotherapists) and cross-refer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in treating MSK related conditions.
  • Willing to treat patients in 30min, 45min, or 60min sessions.
  • Registration with the College of Massage Therapists Ontario (required).

Part-time hours: 14-21 per week.
