Agilus is recruiting for a Junior Project Manager in the Oil & Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta.


Key support for negotiation of terms and conditions on 2-3 EPCM major candidate contract, and 12 important equipment contracts


Responsibilities:

  • Review and development of EPCM-provided draft procedures for full project execution
  • Responsible for approvals of project cost items up to some threshold i.e. $250K, with appropriate high level direction
  • Directly managing the Junior Procurement Resource team member
  • Support HSSE strategic planning for team coordination across multiple nationalities
  • Responsible for capital project change management
  • Responsible for reporting project accruals at month-end
  • Investigation of project variances and submission of variance reports as monthly reporting
  • Ensure team is configured to, or personally, review and approve time sheets for work related to the project


Successful candidates will have:

  • Degree Educated
  • Previous experience in O&G or Utilities
