Our Client, leaders in the field of eyecare, are seeking an Assistant Center Director. The Assistant Center Director will report directly to the Center Director and lead the team to ensure that operational goals are met. With innovation, the individual will assist the Center Director with all duties and measures involved.

Responsibilities
  • Managing clinic resources (human, physical, and financial) to provide high-quality services.
  • Interviewing, orienting, training, supervising, co-evaluating (along with the Center Director), and motivating all clinic employees.
  • Communicating and working cooperatively and collegially with medical directors and clinic employees to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, patient satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Updating and completing various reports and administrative tasks to ensure clinic efficiency.
  • Assuming different technical positions in the clinic when needed.
  • Providing superior service to patients.
  • Ensuring professionalism in all communications with existing and/or potential patients.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the clinic by using good judgment regarding clinical operations and expenses.
  • Cross-training in multiple positions throughout the clinic.
  • Performing any other tasks as required by the Center Director or management team.
Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with experience in managing and supervising employees.
  • Proficient with computer tools.
  • Passionate about and excellent in customer service skills.
  • Strong sense of organization.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient and effective under pressure with minimal supervision; autonomous.
  • Flexible to work various schedules, including occasional evenings until 6 PM and weekends.
  • Versatile and open to learning new skills.
