On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Business Analyst to support several back-office applications. Respondents will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences, including senior leaders.
- Develop test strategies, and plans and coordinate testing activities.
- Write and/or proofread/edit a variety of detailed, accurate, and clear technical and end-user material.
- Facilitate support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, and document and communicate knowledge documentation.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reports in a highly complex, integrated environment.
- Previous experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation.
- Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to all levels of the organization, such as senior leaders, clinicians, frontline staff, etc.
- Ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs.
- Proven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills.
- Ability to build cooperative working relationships with co-workers and clients to ensure credibility and confidence in services provided.
- Ability to build capacity in client’s knowledge and ability to use and apply services.
- Previous experience developing test strategies, and plans and coordinating testing activities.
- Experience and a clear understanding of project management processes.
- Previous experience with organizational change management.
- Previous experience in the health sector.
- Possesses a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.
- Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science.
- Willingness to work from the eHealth corporate office (please indicate this in their resume).
