Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing hitching/coupling systems, trailer bodies, tires, wheels, hubs, bearings, and axles; electrical/propane operation of RV-style living quarters.
  • Reviewing work orders and discussing work to be performed with the supervisor.
  • Testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance service.
  • Ensuring parts charge-out accuracy.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Ensure maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Must work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Education and Experience:
  • Licensed Red Seal Journeyman. Must be able to complete repairs in accordance with Ministry of Transportation repair requirements.
  • Or Licensed RV Technician. Must be able to complete repairs in accordance with Ministry of Transportation repair requirements.
