Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Analyst in our Winnipeg Head Office. As a member of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and documentation of Richardson delivered systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Supporting Richardson employees globally by performing account and security modifications, troubleshooting hardware/software related issues, and fulfilling requests.
  2. Initial point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  3. Supporting Microsoft 365 product suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune), Windows 10/11, MacOS, smartphones, tablets, printers, security cameras, IoT, VOIP, ISP, etc.
  4. Collaborate with other development and support groups within Information Technology.
  5. Participate in a variety of projects as assigned.
  6. Inventory management of company assets.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player as well as individually are a must.
  4. Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  5. Understanding of firewalls, VPN, and basic networking concepts.
  6. Knowledge of PowerShell would be considered an asset.
  7. A valid class 5 driver’s license.
