Position Overview: As a Microsoft Licensing Specialist (LS), you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team and customers with their Microsoft software licensing needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert, consultant, and negotiator, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and solutions for their licensing requirements. Your expertise will help guide customers through their Microsoft licensing journey, from initial inquiries to complex sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Volume Licensing Management: Focus on managing Microsoft Volume Licensing opportunities, including Net New, Upgrade, and Renewal opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Oversee day-to-day interactions with both existing customers and new business prospects, providing exceptional service and support.
- Complex Licensing Support: Assist and support team members and customers on complex licensing sales opportunities, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to license provisioning and activation.
- Quote and Proposal Management: Analyze, create, and deliver licensing quotes and proposals to customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Reporting and Deliverables: Manage and prepare reports for upcoming customer quarterly meetings, license reservations, renewals, and true-ups.
- Profitability Analysis: Determine and evaluate the profitability of licensing opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current Microsoft publisher programs, offerings, and certifications to ensure accurate and relevant support.
- Business Growth: Engage in activities that contribute to the continual growth of Compugen’s software business practice.
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Licensing programs.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft products, programs & services.
- Microsoft MCP licensing certifications required.
- Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex licensing issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to service customer accounts with high quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Proven experience solving complex customer problems and recommending effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Capacity to conduct thorough research and exercise good business judgment.

Responsabilités clés:
- Gestion des licences en volume Microsoft: Se concentrer sur la gestion des opportunités de licences en volume Microsoft, y compris les nouvelles acquisitions, les mises à niveau et les renouvellements.
- Gestion des relations clients: Superviser les interactions quotidiennes avec les clients existants et les nouveaux prospects commerciaux, en fournissant un service et un support exceptionnels.
- Support pour les licences complexes: Assister et soutenir les membres de l'équipe ainsi que les clients dans les opportunités de vente de licences complexes, en répondant aux questions et en résolvant les problèmes liés à la fourniture et à l'activation des licences.
- Gestion des devis et propositions : Analyser, créer et livrer des devis et des propositions de licences aux clients de manière rapide et efficace.
- Rapports et livrables : Gérer et préparer des rapports pour les réunions trimestrielles à venir avec les clients, les réservations de licences, les renouvellements et les régularisations.
- Analyse de rentabilité : Déterminer et évaluer la rentabilité des opportunités de licences.
- Connaissance du secteur : Se tenir à jour des programmes, offres et certifications actuels de l'éditeur Microsoft afin de garantir un support précis et pertinent.
- Croissance de l'entreprise : Participer à des activités qui contribuent à la croissance continue de la pratique logicielle de Compugen.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience avec les programmes de licences Microsoft.
- Compréhension approfondie des produits, programmes et services Microsoft.
- Certifications en licences Microsoft MCP requises.
- Solides capacités d'analyse pour résoudre des problèmes complexes liés aux licences.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation pour gérer plusieurs tâches de manière efficace.
- Capacité à fournir un service de haute qualité aux clients, avec rapidité et professionnalisme.
- Expérience avérée dans la résolution de problèmes complexes des clients et la recommandation de solutions efficaces.
