Il est à la recherche de plusieurs ingénieurs en réparations structurales pour compléter son équipe
Dans votre rôle, vous devrez:

  1. Répondre aux AOG (Aircraft on ground) et aux demandes des clients.
  2. Produire des dessins pour soutenir les procédures de réparation et les déviations de dessins.
  3. Apporter un soutien technique aux clients, aux installations de maintenance, aux centres de service et aux autres départements.
  4. Organiser des enquêtes sur les problèmes de service, déterminer les causes des défaillances et concevoir des solutions efficaces et innovantes.
  5. Faire preuve de discernement pour reconnaître les implications des solutions proposées et faire preuve de polyvalence en proposant des solutions alternatives pour permettre la remise en service des aéronefs en toute sécurité et à la satisfaction du client.
  6. Assurer la liaison avec les autres départements, les centres de service, les vendeurs et les fournisseurs.

Des heures supplémentaires peuvent être nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences des clients. Assurer une assistance sur appel et 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, à nos clients.

Notre candidat idéal
Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou possédez une expérience professionnelle équivalente. Vous avez cinq (5) à dix (10) ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'ingénierie liée à la structure des aéronefs ou aux systèmes mécaniques. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de CATIA V5 (2D ou 3D) et de MS Office. Vous êtes autonome, capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision et vous faites preuve d'innovation, de professionnalisme et d'engagement. Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais. Vous avez une connaissance des structures métalliques et composites (un atout). Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes toujours prêt à aider les autres.

Our client is an innovative leader in the Aerospace industry, providing world-class transportation experiences that set new standards in passenger comfort, energy, efficiency, reliability and safety. They are looking for multiple Structural Repair Engineers to build out their team
In your role, you will:

  1. Respond to AOGs (Aircraft on ground) and customer requests.
  2. Produce Drawings to support Repair procedures and drawing deviations.
  3. Technical support to Customers, Maintenance facilities, Service Centers and other departments.
  4. Organize investigations for service issues, determine causes of failure and devise effective and innovative solutions.
  5. Use judgment to recognize the implications of proposed solutions and be versatile in providing alternate ways to enable returning aircraft into service safely and to customer satisfaction.
  6. Liaise with other departments, service centers, vendors and suppliers.

Some overtime may be required to meet customer requirements. Provide on-call and 24/7 support to our customers.

As our ideal candidate
You hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or have equivalent working experience. You have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in engineering related to aircraft structure or mechanical systems. You have a good knowledge of CATIA V5 (2D or 3D) and MS Office. You are a self-starter, capable of working with a minimum of supervision and you demonstrate innovation, professionalism and commitment qualities. You have good verbal and written communication skills in French and English. You have knowledge of metallic and composite structure (an asset). You are a team player, always eager to help and help others.
