Skills and Responsibilities:

•Good years of experience as Business System Analyst- not looking for BA but BSA who can work closely with Technology partners

•He has knowledge of Contact center and specifically workforce management and data/reporting initiatives experience as BSA Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills to work seamlessly in an agile cross-functional team, with clients, vendor(s) and other stakeholders.

•Requirement Gathering, Elicitation etc.,

•Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio and other BSA tools.

•Working in Agile Way.

•Author User Story, Facilitate Product Backlog grooming sessions, Acceptance Criteria Work on creating SRS, Design documents using UML Diagrams

•Knowledge of SQL Work

•Experience in investigating, analyzing, and estimating system applications in a large integrated solution environment.

•Able to prioritize requirements, change requests for Business and work with Project team/Scrum Master in determining how best to address them

•Work closely with Tech Stakeholders and PO; Identify risk and mitigation plans

•Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio and other BSA tools
