As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the vision and strategy for the Fixed Plant portfolio, taking ownership of its success.

With a 3000-strong workforce, our ability to adapt and evolve keeps us positioned firmly as global leaders in the wear solutions market for the resources sector.
In this role, you'll lead the product throughout its lifecycle, translating customer and market needs into actionable plans. You'll craft innovative market entry strategies and partner with Sales, R&D, and Product Development teams to bring winning products to life.

You'll proactively identify and seize development opportunities by gathering valuable insights from customers, third parties, and internal teams, ensuring that we effectively address market gaps and meet customer needs.

Your proactive and innovative mindset will shape strategies and market entry plans, while your persuasive communication skills will craft compelling product messaging and support materials.

Key Technical Criteria:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, with further background in sales or technical roles in the asset management or fixed plant space. A track record of delivering successful product strategies while driving growth and change in a product through management of product lifecycles and value propositions.
  • Proven experience in setting and delivering on business strategies you’ve developed, with a strong accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong background in mining Fixed Plant operations or asset management, with a deep understanding of businesses in this sector and expertise in market analysis.
  • Strong problem analysis and solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data from various perspectives, including market data, competitive offerings, and other relevant sources.
  • Proven success in creating product roadmaps and defining and launching outstanding products.
  • Experience managing projects across engineering disciplines, customer sites, external contractors, and research institutions.

This position is based at one of Bradken’s regional sales and engineering offices in North America (Toronto, Canada) or Australia.
