Role Description


Our client, a leader in the distribution space located in Oakville is currently looking for a Quality Specialist for a fulltime role.


  • Collaborate with the corporate Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and exceed consumer expectations.
  • Evaluate and authorize Product Development Briefs, Formulas, and Labels for Iovate products.
  • Oversee tasks related to product quality complaints and counterfeit concerns, including receiving, assessing, documenting, investigating, and resolving issues.
  • Communicate with manufacturers to track investigation progress and confirm the implementation of corrective actions when required.
  • Support the Change Control process by initiating, managing, and finalizing ongoing projects, and organizing Change Control meetings when required.
  • Revise, edit, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures


Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Completed post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional technical writing abilities.
