Conseiller(ère) en technologies prédictives

Un emploi où vous ferez une différence

À titre de conseiller en technologies prédictives, vous assurerez le développement de modèles analytiques et prédictifs en lien avec la planification et la gestion d’opérations. Vous accompagnerez nos clients dans la conception et la mise en place de systèmes d’acquisition et de gestion de données, permettant ainsi de nourrir des outils de visualisation, de simulation et d’analyse de la performance. Un de vos rôles clés sera la génération de portraits utiles et pertinents pour la prise de décisions éclairée de nos clients.

Rôle et responsabilités

  1. Architecture de systèmes d’acquisition, de gestion de données et de visualisation :
    • Conception, déploiement et gestion de bases des données de type « big data », lesquelles permettent de générer des tableaux de bord sur une base continue et de nourrir des plateformes de simulation;
    • Mise en place de méthodes automatisées pour l’acquisition de données et la mise à jour des sources d’information;
    • Intelligence d'affaires (BI) : la conception et l’élaboration d’indicateurs de performance et de tableaux de bord;
    • Veille sur les meilleurs pratiques dans la gestion, la manipulation et la préparation de données massives.
  2. Analyse d’affaires :
    • Analyse et amélioration des processus et des opérations;
    • Préparation et interprétation des données, et analyses statistiques afin de faciliter le diagnostic de processus, l’identification des causes racines et la résolution de problèmes;
    • Utilisation des différentes techniques analytiques et d’optimisation afin de faciliter les analyses dans le cadre de projets d’amélioration;
    • Contribuer aux exercices d’établissement d’un fil conducteur pour communiquer des analyses et des résultats aux clients (approche de « story-telling »);
    • Conception et déploiement d’outils d'aide à la prise de décisions et d’outils de planification pour l’utilisation interne et externe;
    • Participation et contribution aux projets de développement de produits technologiques, incluant des plateformes prédictives de support à la prise de décisions ainsi que des produits d’intégration de technologies émergentes, incluant les aspects logiciels et matériel.

Expertises recherchées

  • Baccalauréat en génie, en sciences informatiques, en sciences des données ou autre discipline connexe (comme la gestion des opérations);
  • Expérience en gestion de bases de données (Excel avancé, manipulation de DB avec SQL);
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation de langages de programmation pour l’exécution de sous-routines d’acquisition et de manipulation de données (R, Python, Julia, Ruby, VBA, etc.);
  • Expérience démontrée dans le développement de tableaux de bord et d’interfaces visuelles (PowerBI, Tableau, Shiny, Dash, etc.).

De plus, les expertises suivantes représentent des atouts considérables :

  • Expérience dans les secteurs de la santé et/ou aéroportuaire;
  • Expérience en développement d’outils d’aide à la décision;
  • Expérience en apprentissage machine, intelligence artificielle et optimisation;
  • Expérience en Lean Six Sigma;
  • Expertise en simulation informatique de processus.
