Skills and Responsibilities:
•The Workfront Lead has a solid understanding of general and advanced business Marketing practices including the ability to identify gaps and issues in processes and systems.
•Experience with reporting structures, project management, approval workflows, and other typical business functions are a must.
•Experience with Workfront API and endpoints
•The WF lead will be the primary go to person for anything related to Workfront within.
•The WF Lead will be working directly with Project Teams, Technical Teams, and end-users.
•On occasions dealing with and managing senior stakeholders.
•The WF Lead will design documents, roadmaps, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, and other project artifacts that meet requirements
•The WF Lead will work with the support team to diagnose support challenges raised by end-users
•Contribute / deliver end-user Workfront training.
•Maintaining and monitoring of API integration between Workfront and integrated systems like Creative tools, AEM assets and other mar tech tools, Consulting & Feasibility analysis and product out of the box features mapping.
