About the Role

Easly is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated and mobile Director, Sales. You will be responsible for managing existing relationships and cultivating new partnerships within assigned accounts. Collaborating closely with channel personnel, you’ll optimize sales strategies to ensure the highest level of success. As a key player in our team, you will contribute significantly to shaping and executing our overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Maximization: Maximize sales and revenue, achieving set objectives.
  • Account Development: Develop and sign new accounts to expand the client base.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain polished relationships with channel partners, coordinating for key sales opportunities.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to channel partners.
  • Sales Management: Manage daily sales activities, executing account plans
  • Market Assessment: Continuously assess market trends, identifying barriers and opportunities.
  • CRM Utilization: Track client and partner information in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Occasional travel within Canada, performing assigned duties and adapting to a changing environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • 5-8 years of account management experience.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in B2B sales.
  • University Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology, with specifics in MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Sales experience in the financial services sector or a channel sales position is a plus.
  • Formal financial training/certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada as needed.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
