  4. Analyze collected data, perform sanity checks, liaise with internal partners to collect missing information and documents, confirmation and validation.
  5. Perform name screening and background checks.
  6. Input client data and upload documents into the KYC system to ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for new onboarding clients or recertification of existing clients is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank's global procedures.
  7. Liaise with quality controllers and compliance teams for any issues.
  8. Ensure proper procurement, maintenance, and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation.
  9. Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role.
  10. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Your qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Banking, or equivalent fields.
  2. 3 years of previous experience in Corporate or Investment Banking, including at least 1 year on KYC or AML topics.
  3. Experience in research and analysis of data and documents.
  4. Anti-Money Laundering or CAMS certification is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of banking regulations across the globe is a plus.
  6. Highly analytical with the ability to recognize important information and identify risks, along with problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  9. Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.
  10. Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities.
  11. Self-motivated and an excellent team player.
  12. Strives to deliver solutions effectively and timely while respecting norms: adaptable and flexible approach, coordinating and guiding with other stakeholders.
  13. Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management.
  14. Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Vos responsabilités:

  1. Analyser le profil du client pour déterminer les informations KYC requises selon la procédure.

  5. Rechercher les éventuelles informations négatives.
  6. Saisir les données du client et télécharger les documents dans le système KYC.
  7. Garantir que l'ouverture d'une relation ou sa certification périodique est faite selon les normes KYC et dans les délais impartis.
  8. Être responsable des relations avec les contrôleurs de qualité et les équipes de conformité pour tout problème.
  9. Assurer le maintien et les mises à jour nécessaires de la documentation KYC dans les systèmes de la banque à des fins de référence.
  10. Maintenir les connaissances nécessaires pour être pleinement qualifié pour assumer le rôle.
  11. Suivre toutes les formations obligatoires requises pour atteindre et maintenir la compétence.
