(a) a resume for each project manager outlining the knowledge, skills and past work experience history, including roles and project descriptions, relevant to the proposed services, including, but not limited to:

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of proven project management experience in the role of a Project Manager managing large-scale data conversion and migration projects.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience managing cross functional project teams.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of proven vendor management experience.
  • Excellent written skills and employs a disciplined approach to managing project records.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Proven project and resource planning capabilities.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
  • Proven knowledge of data conversions and migration processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Proven knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing predictive, agile, and hybrid projects.
  • Project management education and/or certifications (PMP).
  • Proficiency with project management software.

(b) This role is focused on Project Management, however familiarity with data structures, data mapping, ETL processes and cloud platforms would be considered an asset
