As our Video Content Creator, you'll be the go-to for ideating, filming, editing, and publishing compelling video content across all our digital platforms. From agent spotlights to behind-the-scenes at events, to day-in-the-life brokerage reels and local community collabs—you'll create the content that builds our brand and makes people stop and say "whoa, who are these guys?"

This is a highly creative role with tons of freedom to explore your vision while working alongside a passionate, entrepreneurial team. You'll work closely with leadership, agents, and our partners to develop content that drives recruitment, awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Create high-quality, authentic, and on-brand video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.
  • Pitch new ideas weekly—stay on top of trends and bring creative concepts that get attention (and engagement).
  • Storyboard, film, and edit both candid and scripted content (agent interviews, tutorials, property walkthroughs, social campaigns, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video with broader campaign goals.

Brand Storytelling

  • Capture the vibe of RealtyONE Group Reveal: our culture, our events, our people.
  • Create content that supports recruitment, agent branding, and community connection.
  • Highlight what makes our brand and our agents stand out in a crowded market.

Digital Platform Support

  • Assist with uploading, scheduling, and optimizing content across social platforms.
  • Track video performance, analyze engagement, and refine strategies based on data and feedback.

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in video production, social video, or digital content creation (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, Final Cut, or similar).
  • A solid understanding of platform algorithms, current trends, and what makes content "go."
  • Comfortable filming on iPhone or DSLR, and confident in front of or behind the camera.
  • Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or brand storytelling is a plus—but not a dealbreaker.
  • Bonus: graphic design (Canva or Adobe), copywriting, or basic photography chops.
