We are currently searching for a Project Coordinator for our Commercial construction client in Calgary, South. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project planning, coordination, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining records while ensuring alignment with technical specifications and construction processes. You'll collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and trades, overseeing performance and addressing issues as they arise.


Experience:

  • 3–5 years as a Project Coordinator in the commercial construction industry, or substantial on-site experience with strong aptitude in records management and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, scheduling, and planning concepts.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial construction process.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Autodesk, Procore and MS Project is an asset.

Education:

  • Technical diploma in a construction-related field (CET or equivalent).
  • Engineering degree is an asset.
