Purpose of Position:
Coach Canada is looking for an energetic, safety-driven, and responsible driver to join our team. The Coach Canada driver will report directly to the District Manager and is responsible for the physical possession of controlling and safely navigating a motorcoach as assigned by the Manager of Operations or Dispatcher. The driver is responsible for the care of passengers, including their safety, security, and assisting them on and off the motorcoach.
Your Role
- Partake in three-week paid training (Monday – Friday)
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle
- You are responsible for safely transporting our customers to and from their scheduled pickup and drop off locations.
- Ensure customers safety while boarding and exiting buses
- Collecting money from fare-paying passengers, accounting for all passenger tickets and collections (if applicable).
- Transporting and discharging of all scheduled and chartered trips
- Report delays, mechanical problems and accidents
Your Profile
- You are safety focused
- You are legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e. a Canadian Citizen, landed immigrant or valid work permit)
- You have a valid passport that enables you to freely cross the US border.
- You hold a valid and unrestricted B Class Commercial Drivers License
- You have an air brake endorsement
- You will pass your pre-employment drug test, vulnerable sector search and provide outstanding references from previous employers
- You possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- You thrive in working as a team and working independently
- You have previous experience operating Coach buses and/or similar CDL Vehicles
- Reliable and accountable for participating in our annual and ongoing training requirements.
- You will pass the DOT Physical Qualifications
- You are 21 years of age or older

Objet du poste :
Coach Canada est à la recherche d'un conducteur énergique, axé sur la sécurité et responsable pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le conducteur d'Entraîneurs Canada relèvera directement du gestionnaire de district et est responsable de la possession physique du contrôle et de la navigation sécuritaire d'un autocar tel que assigné par le gestionnaire des opérations ou le répartiteur. Le conducteur est responsable des soins aux passagers, y compris de leur sécurité, de leur sécurité et de leur assistance à bord et en dehors de l'autocar.
Votre rôle
- Participez à une formation rémunérée de trois semaines (du lundi au vendredi)
- Effectuer des inspections avant et après le voyage du véhicule
- Vous êtes responsable du transport en toute sécurité de nos clients vers et depuis leurs points de ramassage et de dépôt prévus.
- Assurer la sécurité des clients lorsqu'ils montent à bord des autobus et en sortent
- Recueillir de l'argent auprès des passagers payants, comptabiliser tous les billets de passagers et les recouvrements (le cas échéant).
- Transport et décharge de tous les voyages réguliers et affrétés
- Signaler les retards, les problèmes mécaniques et les accidents
Votre profil
- Vous êtes axé sur la sécurité
- Vous avez légalement le droit de travailler au Canada (c.-à-d. un citoyen canadien, un immigrant reçu ou un permis de travail valide)
- Vous disposez d'un passeport valide qui vous permet de traverser librement la frontière américaine.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire commercial de classe B valide et sans restriction
- Vous avez une mention de frein à air
- Vous réussirez votre test de dépistage de drogues préalable à l'emploi, votre recherche dans le secteur des personnes vulnérables et fournirez des références exceptionnelles d'anciens employeurs
- Vous possédez de solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et d'interpersonnel
- Vous vous épanouissez en travaillant en équipe et en travaillant de manière indépendante
- Vous avez déjà de l'expérience dans l'utilisation d'autocars et/ou de véhicules CDL similaires
- Fiable et responsable de la participation à nos exigences de formation annuelle et continue.
