Our client located in Lone Tree, Colorado would like to contract a Radiology Technician to join their busy practice. This would be a multi-month contract opportunity.

Radiology Technician Role:
Radiology Technician will coordinate daily operations for fluoroscopy patients.
Prepare patients for examinations, including administering vital signs and conducting urine pregnancy tests prior to procedures.
Set up procedure trays and arrange equipment for each procedure.
Radiology Technician will offer effective patient education before and after procedures with a calm and compassionate approach.
Ensure proper patient positioning for comfort during procedures as per physician instructions.
Configure fluoroscopy equipment to capture high-quality images for each procedure.
Monitor patient well-being during procedures to assess tolerance.
Radiology Technician will review procedure results with physicians and execute follow-up actions as directed.
Address patient inquiries regarding procedures and follow-up care.
Document each procedure meticulously, including radiation dose, treated area, and patient reaction.
Perform daily equipment maintenance and uphold cleanliness standards in procedure rooms.
Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment, ordering as required.
Radiology Technician will engage in continuing professional education and maintain membership in professional organizations.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research endeavors as appropriate.
Fulfill other assigned duties.
Radiology Technician Background Profile:
Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program.
Certified Radiology Technician (ARRT-R).
Minimum of 2 years of Radiology Technician experience.
Previous HSG experience is desirable.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities in imaging and patient care.
Proficient in computer usage and basic office equipment.
