Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Services & Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk reception, greeting clients, general office duties, client contact, and minor marketing tasks. While we prefer candidates with relevant work experience, we are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Reception: Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to address their inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • General Office Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and maintaining a tidy office environment.
  • Client Contact: Assist in managing client communications, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Minor Marketing: Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Personality: Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate: Barrie, ON L4M 6H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
