Sushi maker

The sushi maker is ambassador of sushi quality and Yuzu service; it is the first point of contact for the customers. Your responsability will be to provide a customer service of the highest quality and participate in the making of sushi.

• Prepare sushis and other dishes;
• Answering customer questions, both onsite and over the phone;
• Advise customers in their choices and inform them of promotions;
• Participate in the preparation and placement of ingredients;
• Work with your colleagues to maintain the restaurant (hygiene and salubrity);
• Perform any other tasks required for the proper conduct of operations.

A great sushi master once said ''One is not born sushiman, but rather becomes it''. Even if you have never done sushi, we will ensure your training, which will be fully paid.

• Work experience in catering / restaurants (asset);
• Experience in relation with the customers;
• Desire to spread the Yuzuvibe
