Alogent Consultant

Job title: Alogent Consultant

Rate: 100-120/hr

We are seeking a highly experienced Alogent consultant who has worked with Alogent Suite platform or FIS Vision IP(VIP) platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in item processing and check processing.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the check processing platform and ensure its smooth operation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the platform.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and functionality of the platform.

- Work closely with the team to identify any gaps in the current platform and develop solutions to address them.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of the check processing platform.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform is always current and relevant.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in working with Alogent Suite platform or FIS Vision IP(VIP) platform.

- In-depth knowledge of item processing and check processing.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve platform functionality.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
