Your role • Analyzing, approving and recommending financing applications within and outside Quebec) in accordance with the Bank's credit policies and risk appetite• Working in a team to meet the business line's short turnaround times • Ensuring the quality of the credit portfolio • Independently taking part in various committees and special mandates • Ensuring good collaboration, coaching and continuous communication with the business line and other stakeholders
Requirements • University degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience OR a master's degree in a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience• Proven experience in commercial credit risk analysis • Strong negotiation skills and influence • Diligence combined with an excellent ability to analyze and summarize information and work in a team • Excellent knowledge of commercial financial products and services • Demonstrated leadership for any new implemented credit initiative and/or special mandates • Ability to make complex decisions in very short timeframes
