ABOUT THE ROLE

As an On-Air Spokesperson, you will be the face of Fièra Cosmetics, representing our brand across various media platforms. You will engage with audiences, present product demonstrations, and bring our beauty products to life through compelling storytelling. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you will play a crucial role in driving product awareness and consumer engagement.

We are a company that believes in testing everything and working closely as a team to always improve and optimize everything we do.

Some of the specific skills required for this role are outlined below.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience as a spokesperson, presenter, or on-air talent.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to captivate audiences.
  • Energetic and engaging with a strong natural sales ability.
  • Background in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in live and pre-recorded settings.
  • Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to take direction.
  • Professional on-camera presence with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Availability for contract-based work with flexible scheduling.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for on-air appearances and promotional events.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Initial Screening: Meet with our HR team for a 30-minute screening to discuss your experience and what you can bring to our team.
  • First Interview: Meet with the Hiring Manager to discuss your skills and expertise, with a specific focus on your experience.
  • Work Sample: Complete a short on-camera work sample to showcase your presentation skills.
  • Final Interview: Meet with members of our leadership team for a final interview to discuss your approach to brand representation and audience engagement.
