Role: Direct Billing Consultant/ Manual Tester (Guidewire Billing UAT) - subject matter expert in direct billing and implement strategies to improve and enhance results.

Location: Toronto/ light hybrid work model (1-2 days per month onsite)

Duration: 6mo (very possible extension)

Role's primary focus: testing and then training end users

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
  • Manual UAT Testing
  • running UAT Test Scenarios in GW Billing
  • Jira
  • Experience with Change management
  • Enter test cases in GW Billing - subject matter expert in direct billing and implement strategies to improve and enhance results

Core Duties:

  • Coordinate billing system implementation and enhancements to ongoing processes
  • customer service to the company's product users
  • Implementing and executing direct billing strategies and respond to customer service inquiries and problems that are complex in nature
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues associated with credit card, pre-authorized checking, and cash transactions
  • Develop and implement routine projects, processes, and policies. Prepare and execute test plans for system changes
