In your role, you will:
  1. Adhere to General Work Requirements
  2. Assist with analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts, and risks of a change in production
  3. Assist with drafting the necessary working and repair documents
  4. Learn to analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)
  5. Assist with analyzing equipment and workstation production capacity, as well as creating task sequency and capacity analysis
  6. Assist with analyzing requirements and initiating productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR (Emergency Capital Acquisition Authorization)
  7. Assist Methods Planners with tool designs
  8. Direct Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, and Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders, Work Instructions (LOGs), and Tooling Work Orders)
As our ideal candidate:
  1. You typically have 0-2 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
  2. You have basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5
  3. You have basic knowledge of Project Management principles
  4. You have the ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
  5. You have a manufacturing background (preferred)
  6. You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
