Job Description:

Project Management:
  • Lead Project Planning, execution and delivery
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines and milestones
  • Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and Senior Management
Business Analysis:
  • Conduct process/data analysis to identify issues and the root cause
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the development team
  • Develop Process Design Document (PDD), Software Design Document, and Test Plan
  • Conduct UAT testing with stakeholders
Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical team
  • Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives, and manage stakeholders' expectations
Skills Required:
  • Senior resource with good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent business acumen (Data Center Domain preferred)
  • Senior level experience creating business requirements on ServiceNow and Tableau
  • Senior level experience with various tools such as MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint, and in SDLC models (waterfall/Agile etc.)
  • Adaptability to changing priorities/requirements
  • Solid leadership skills required to manage project and stakeholder expectations
