Role Description

  • Lead the real estate acquisition strategy, including identifying, evaluating, and securing new investment opportunities.
  • Conduct financial analysis and assess risk factors to inform property acquisition decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals to source potential deals.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, manage due diligence, and oversee the acquisition process from inception to closing.
  • Monitor industry dynamics, market conditions, and emerging trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions with a successful track record in deal sourcing and execution.
  • Possess a strong and established network within the real estate industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close complex transactions.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and investment strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English and French
