Responsibilities

  • Challenge current operating modes, procedures and business rules considering adjustments to certain end-to-end processes.

  • Communicate proactively and concisely the results, issues and risks to management.
  • Create presentations (PowerPoint) and documentation.
Your team

Within the Business Strategies and Integration sector, you will be part of a team of 4 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement. Our team stands out for its agility and ability to support various sectors in their simplification efforts. Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree related to the field and 6 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree related to the field and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in business process management, organizational diagnostics and/or project management in a context of transformation / business process management.
  • Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues and provide relevant recommendations.
  • Creativity in identifying solutions while ensuring their long-term viability.
  • Advanced experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in an advisory role to management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or changes and be results-oriented.
  • Leadership and influence skills.
